Despite of the fact, that's is not a busiest season on Koh Phangan, real estate market had some (let's call it "positive") changes.
In "Resorts for rent" listing Hostel Code: RR004 have discounted price for quick sale. It works only as a hostel now and income for last month was more that 50,000 THB. And the expectations are very good - we thinking about 70 - 80,000 THB in August. The key is dormitory, what is the one most wanted type of accommodation now on Koh Phangan.
We changed commission terms in "House rental" page. Represented price is the minimum price from the house-owner, and our % (2-3,000 THB) will be charged extra. We believe that it will be cheaper and more clear for the customers.
Marketing - we enlarged the list of tour-operators and awaiting first small groups in September: in partnership with a Pattaya company. Guests will stay 1-3 nights in "First Villa" - our choice in Baan Tai.
