 Believe it or not, the idea of iLandGuide, now a worldwide company, was born here on our island in the Summer of 2011.
> By now we have divisions in Barbados, Antigua & Barbuda, Bali and other locations with a headquarter in Florida, US.

> We are a bunch of friends from different countries, who arrived to this island a couple of years ago and - like many others - fell in love with this special place.  We created an application that different than others in many ways. Why?

1. Marketing - we don't stopped with Phangan One, just took a little break. Even with that more resorts joins to the first really Phangan booking platform and website engine, working on 4+% commission! Why not everyone yet, if its so cool? That's a good question.

Sounds unbelievable, but its still possible to reserve good house for the Christmas and New Year, but without a big choice, of course. But with a rush now - last few available only. Also we have new offers in our list - check it now!

   We had so many complains that there are no information about past and future of property market on Phangan with average construction expences and rentals income and... and... and also... So, we wrote and post it - its not so much, but its something, what can help to somebody - it was enough reason to do it!

After long period of low activity, we have more and more enquirers about the business for rent or sale on Phangan, mostly resorts on the beach. So, here are few new offers.      The main marketing project for the island for last few years will be launched soon and working already. Welcome all properties - resorts, villas, homes...

      Every year, every month people coming to Phangan wondering - when is the best season to come to the island for swimming. As we know, its not so comfortable to swim in a sea from April in a half of the island - Thongsala to Haad Rin Nai.

   Here below the Samui tide schedule 2012, applicable also for Phangan - you can see when is highest level of water. Because however its a lots of things to do in Koh Phangan - its a island, and swimming is number one for many travelers (what's an eyeopener!).

   Of course, its a plenty of swimming pools everywhere on the island - nice  chills all year round!
